We Help Natives Sell, and Others Become Natives Greg started over 22 years ago in Fredericksburg coming from a background in banking and appraising. He obtained several designations including the coveted Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (“GRI”) and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (“ABR”) designations. Greg has been very involved with the local board and has served in various capacities including president, local director, and regional director for the Texas Association of Realtors (“TAR”). Having served as a director for various local civic organizations has given Greg a broad perspective. Greg has also volunteered for various ad hoc city and county committees and has made numerous trips to Austin to visit with State legislators about real estate and home ownership legislation. Greg is currently involved in interviewing candidates in contested races for state representative and state senator. Although being a good partner in the community is important, Greg is consistently among the top performers in the local real estate business.

Homeowner, investor, agent, motel manager, window and door shop supervisor, and agent in England, Andrew still speaks with a touch of the Queen’s English. He has seen both good times and bad times and knows what it takes to survive. Those experiences may help you avoid investment traps. Andrew survived that critical first year in real estate that weeds out as many as 87% of the new agents. You will not find many agents that work as hard and put in as many hours (even on weekends) as Andrew does. When you have real estate questions, do not be surprised to see Andrew in the office on late Saturday afternoon or even on Sunday. Andrew sells homes, lots, rural tracts, and acreage, farms, and ranches. He currently has commercial property listed as well.
